TCS Google Business unit is on a fast growth trajectory focusing on delivering transformational solutions using the Google Cloud solutions to drive exponential value for our customers. We are scaling up our Sales and Solution team in the geography and hence looking for talented individuals who could be part of this journey. We are hiring Solution Architects to support our pre-sales effort in the North American geography to drive rigor in the sales effort in the geo and help win deals with new and existing customers

Responsibilities Include:

Engaging with customers on technical level to understand their business requirements and address queries Establish how Google Cloud technologies can solve business problems or customer requirements. Articulating risk levels for technological architectures so a balanced recommendation can be made Working closely with the Sales and Business Development Managers to present technical design solutions Draft the technical aspects of all proposals and customer presentations and actively participate in bid process Create answers and quotations for RFI / RFP / RFQ including solution analysis, project promotion method, delivery date, etc. Work closely with other functions and stakeholders within TCS to gain an in-depth understanding of TCS Solutions and offerings Review, understanding and analyze technology trends. Keep abreast of new trends in technology and incorporate them into the offerings and solutions. Accountability for ensuring solution designs are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets Engage with TCS customers in consulting engagements to define strategy, roadmap and business cases Contribute and support other BU activities such as marketing, budget planning etc. Certified Public Cloud Solution Architect (GCP preferred) Well versed with Public Cloud platform solutions , migration and modernization services with understanding of AI and how it can deliver transformative solutions for enterprises Extensive background in Software Development Design and deployment of public cloud solutions Experience in working with CI/CD pipeline, Fin Ops and Automation tools Understands approaches and methodology to migration and modernization of workloads to Public Cloud platforms Qualifications:

13 years of relevant experience Bachelor Degree in IT / Computers or Engineering with sales and pre-sales experience in IT Consulting business At least 4-5 years of partner solutions/ Solution Architecture for one of the leading hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or Google) experience A proven track record defining target architectures and defining development plans/roadmaps Possess suitable experience and a comprehensive understanding working within customer Enterprise Architecture environments Possess experience of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience working with public cloud and private cloud hosted solutions and environments Strong in concepts of Public Cloud architecture, Infrastructure services and experience of having designed, built and migrated to public Cloud solutions in the past Experience with requirements elicitation & management Exposure to AI & Data Services, IT Cloud/Service Operations, Cloud migration and Modernization, DC Exits Experience developing scalable and modular technologies and understanding how they can be deployed, maintained for future Drive the design conversation, confident in designing, planning and estimating the work that needs to be done

Salary Range:

$152,500-179,300 a year
