Job Summary
The IT / Dynamics 365 (D365) Specialist is responsible forsupporting, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365applications and related IT systems. This role partners with businessstakeholders to ensure D365 solutions align with organizational needs, improveoperational efficiency, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Configure, maintain, and support MicrosoftDynamics 365 applications (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, orBusiness Central) • Monitor system performance and troubleshootissues • Support system integrations and data integrity • Collaborate with business users to gatherrequirements • Provide user training, documentation, andsupport • Assist with system upgrades, patches, andenhancements • Support IT systems, security, and compliancestandards Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, orrelated field (or equivalent experience) • 2-5 years experience supporting MicrosoftDynamics 365 or ERP/CRM platforms • Strong understanding of business processes • Excellent problem-solving and communicationskills Preferred Qualifications • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) • Experience with ERP/CRM implementations Benefits • 10 Paid Holiday • 120 Hours of Accrued Vacation • Paid Medical Time • Bereavement • Health Insurance • 401k / Roth Benefits with Employer Match • Flexible Spending Account • Employer Paid Life • Voluntary Insurance Options
