Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management). This role will drive end-to-end architecture, provide technical leadership, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Field Service and Revenue Cloud Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions Define logical, physical, and integration architectures Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines Design multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, FSL, and Revenue Cloud Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect and implement FSL capabilities, including: Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Asset Management Scheduling & Optimization (auto-scheduling, optimization rules) Mobile workforce enablement (Salesforce Field Service Mobile App) Inventory, parts, and van stock management Service territories, operating hours, and skill-based routing Design offline-capable mobile solutions and optimize performance Integrate FSL with ERP systems, inventory platforms, and third-party scheduling tools Drive improvements in technician productivity and dispatcher efficiency Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Lead architecture and implementation of: Salesforce CPQ (products, bundles, pricing and product rules) Contract lifecycle and subscription management Usage-based and recurring revenue models Salesforce Billing (invoicing, payments, tax, and revenue recognition - conceptual) Design complex pricing models, discounting strategies, approval workflows, and renewals Integrate CPQ and Billing with ERP, finance, and order management systems Ensure compliance with pricing governance and revenue policies Integration & Data Architecture Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and CDC Work with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Define data models, migration strategies, and master data governance Ensure high data quality, scalability, and performance Security, Compliance & Governance Define robust security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, Shield preferred) Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards Establish environment strategy (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) and release governance Participate in architecture review boards and design approvals Technical Leadership & Delivery Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators Review designs, code, and configurations for quality and performance Mentor teams on best practices and scalable design patterns Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders Support UAT, deployment planning, and go-live activities Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership Lead solution workshops, design sessions, and architecture discussions Present architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendations Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and RFP responses Required Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Expertise Strong hands-on experience with: Field Service Lightning (FSL) Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, platform limits, and enterprise-scale implementations Technical Skills
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows (design-level) Strong knowledge of integration patterns and asynchronous processing Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT Proven ability to optimize performance and manage governor limits
