As the Americas Region CRM Specialist, you will act as key expert, facilitator, trainer, and resource to ensure the proper and consistent use of MS Dynamics for maximum business value. The Specialist will be the key catalyst in the region to facilitate the input, tracking, and management of business prospects, leads, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM to effectively measure sales pipeline.
The role is also responsible for supporting the CRM-related needs of cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Marketing, by enabling effective use of CRM data, tools, and workflows to drive collaboration and performance across the organization. And for representing the regional needs to the global team responsible for enterprise-wide platform management.
To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
Establish and maintain documented regional playbooks for CRM business process best practices Onboard new CRM users with standardized, engaging, and tailored training programs Serve as a primary resource for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving operational problems within the region Roll out new enterprise platform features and processes from Global into the region Represent the needs and issues of regional users to the Global Marketing and Sales Enablement Product team - requesting new functionality and system integrations, managing issue tickets, and providing input on platform enhancement roadmaps Audit CRM user behaviors and platform functionality to implement improvements in user experience, ease-of-use, adoption, and ongoing use Actively manage ongoing lead assignment, contact data enrichment, and sales handoff processes within the region Find ways to improve platform workflows with automation or AI implementation Establish regular data audits and hygiene processes to ensure only clean and accurate data is stored within CRM and to meet compliance with data governance policies Create and maintain comprehensive usage documentation, including process maps, data dictionaries, and user guides Support users in full adoption, ensuring that CRM is fully incorporated into department workflows and that there is no need for "shadow systems" Work with sales leaders to establish accountability measures and processes for platform adoption and use Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and security. Experience managing processes and functionality within MS Dynamics At least 5 years of experience involving CRM management in a B2B environment Experience establishing user training programs Strong understanding of CRM security, user administration, and data governance Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users and gather requirements from stakeholders Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills History of maintaining effective professional relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience process design and project management is a plus Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy of assigned work and projects Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines Travel up to 10% Experience with integrating MS Dynamics with external systems using APIs, middleware, or others Working knowledge of MS Dynamics Marketing a plus Education

Compensation:
HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage. Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location). This role is eligible for a 10% discretionary annual bonus. Benefits:
