Home Soft Goods Product / Textile Designer
We are seeking a Product / Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bedding, throws, blankets, and decorative soft goods. This hands-on role combines creative design and technical execution, taking products from concept through production. The ideal candidate understands soft home product development and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details Prepare factory-ready artwork and tech packs Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications: 35 years minimum of product, textile, or home design experience Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre Experience with production-ready artwork and repeats Strong understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands
