Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and providing training orientation. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers. Essential functions/skills include mathematical abilities, motor coordination, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, fumes from food odors, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are also part of the work environment. Sensing requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work along and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions. Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are all part of the job. Team members may also utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Additional Information
