Customer Service Representative

LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers.; Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.; Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.; Process payments and provide receipts via email to the customer.; Assist with troubleshooting tier one support and follow-ups.
