Provider Enrollment Specialist
Contract-to-Hire | Onsite in Oak Brook, IL | $27-30/hour
LHH is hiring a
Provider Enrollment Specialist
for our client in Oak Brook. This role is
fully onsite in Oak Brook
during the contract period and will transition to
hybrid
upon permanent conversion.
Responsibilities: Manage provider and facility enrollment, revalidation, and recredentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
Ensure billing readiness and accuracy of NPIs, TINs, taxonomies, service locations, and effective dates
Research and resolve enrollment-related claim denials using payer portals, CAQH, PECOS, and internal systems
Partner with Revenue Cycle and Billing teams to correct enrollment issues and prevent delayed reimbursement
Prepare and reconcile delegated credentialing rosters and resolve payer participation discrepancies
Serve as a liaison with insurance payers and support audits and enrollment reporting
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
2-3 years of provider enrollment experience; billing/RCM exposure required
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
Experience with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals preferred
Pay Details:
$27.00 to $30.00 per hour
