* Follow up on leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring process
* Keep thorough and accurate records within our applicant tracking system
* Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that take place, and hires stemming from your leads
What You Need to Succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude you're in charge of your day, not the other way around

How You'll Be Paid
This role offers performance-based, commission-only compensation. This translates to no limit on where your earning potential can go and no cap on achieving success.
