Day Porter Position
Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our facilities team in Maumelle, AR. This full-time position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment for employees, visitors, and facility operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and is able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of designated areas throughout the facility during operating hours. Provide ongoing restroom maintenance including restocking supplies, cleaning fixtures, and monitoring conditions. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as wiping surfaces, sanitizing touch points, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Empty and replace trash receptacles throughout the building. Respond promptly to cleaning requests, spills, and other maintenance needs. Keep entryways, hallways, breakrooms, and high-traffic zones presentable at all times. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Assist with basic upkeep tasks and coordinate with the facilities team when additional support is needed. Follow all safety standards, company protocols, and site-specific requirements. Provide excellent customer service to on-site staff and visitors through courteous and professional interactions. Qualifications
Prior janitorial or day porter experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependability and a professional demeanor are essential. Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background screening. Schedule & Compensation
