About The Role
Guaranty Bank & Trust seeks a Full‑Time New Accounts Representative to help drive change, create an inclusive work environment, and bring creative ideas to the people experience through the lens of our core values.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build loyalty and deepen relationships with customers and prospects by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions.
Open new consumer and business accounts.
Take ownership of the customer experience, including onboarding and resolving service issues.
Conduct outbound sales activities such as meeting local businesses and attending community events to establish visibility and generate business.
Refer customers to loan, mortgage, treasury management, or investment specialists for specialized needs.
Follow up with new customers by phone to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and address additional financial needs.
Assist and train customers in the lobby and on the phone to use self‑service technologies.
Comply with privacy policies to maintain confidentiality and information protection.
Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and all company policies and procedures.
Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Education, Experience, & Licenses
High school degree or higher – required.
Minimum 1 year of New Accounts experience – preferred.
Minimum 1 year of Teller experience – required.
Work Location Guaranty Bank & Trust, 100 West Arkansas Street, Mount Pleasant, TX 75455. Must live within 30 minutes of the bank’s location.
Physical Demands The job requires sitting, repetitive hand motions, speaking, hearing, standing, walking, and light lifting. Employees must operate routine office equipment and may be required to work extended hours or travel off‑site. Vision requirements include close visual acuity for reading, data analysis, and computer use.
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary depends on experience and geography. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, employee assistance program, retirement plans (401(k) and profit sharing), disability benefits, educational and training benefits, and paid time off. Pay for certain state holidays is available to employees in Utah and Nevada.
