The Business Transformation group within Corporate Finance focuses on driving revenue growth and cost efficiencies across various industry specialties.

About The Role The Directors support engagement teams and clients on a day-to-day basis, managing the delivery of analytics and solutions that implement recommendations.

What You’ll Do

Manage day‑to‑day project activities, including interaction with team members, other firms, and client personnel.

Apply business, operational, finance, and analytical skills to client situations across practice disciplines.

Perform analyses through hypothesis‑driven frameworks, leading to actionable road maps and implementation plans.

Work in ambiguity to develop strategic observations that ground objectives and plans.

Synthesize, summarize, and gain insights from vast amounts of unstructured data.

Maintain detailed records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of all work.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties.

Research and organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis.

What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications

5+ years relevant post‑graduate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or another quantitative field.

Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA.

5+ years of relevant experience with a management consulting firm, top‑tier tech/consumer products company, private equity firm, or investment bank.

Excellent analytical skills, including data cleansing, modeling, and recommendation creation.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with Power BI, Excel Macro/VBA, Think‑Cell, Tableau, or other analytics tools.

Strong project planning and time‑management; ability to work independently on assigned workstreams.

Passion for driving change and client impact.

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Desire to mentor junior colleagues.
