Responsibilities:
Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation.
Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements.
Serve as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues and resolve them promptly.
Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice activities, including assembling content for case studies, coordinating internal seminars, and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions.
Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing or improving existing components.
Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system.
Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality.
Implement new features released in relevant technology wherever possible.
Develop applications creatively, select appropriate technical options, optimize application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions.
Interpret application/feature/component design to develop in accordance with specifications.
Code, debug, test, and document product/component/feature development stages.
Validate results with user representatives and integrate and commission the overall solution.
Influence and improve customer satisfaction by offering suggestions for code refactoring and improvements in business processes.
Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams.
Requirements:
Understand the requirements/user stories.
Create and provide inputs for effort and size estimation and plan resources for projects.
Contribute to the creation of design (HLD, LLD, SAD)/architecture for Applications/feature/Business Components.
Define coding standards, templates, and checklists. Perform code review of team members.
Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution.
Perform defect RCA and mitigation. Identify defect trends and take proactive measures to improve quality.
Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories.
Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development.
Report status of tasks assigned and comply with project-related reporting standards and processes.
Contribute project-related documents, share point, libraries, client universities.
Execute and monitor the release process.
Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team.
Advise software developers on the design and development of features/components with a deeper understanding of the business problem being addressed for the company.
Learn more about the customer domain and identify opportunities to provide value additions to customers.
