Sweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The ideal candidate will work out of our New York City office on a flexible hybrid schedule. The OTE for this Account Executive role in New York ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 per year.
