Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain operations. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient purchasing while maintaining quality standards. Manage supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance to ensure alignment with company objectives. Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices. Prepare and present reports on purchasing and supply chain performance to senior management.
