Vice President Of Growth Marketing

This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing end-to-end growth strategy across a performance-driven digital marketing organization. You will oversee multi-channel acquisition, marketing operations, and full-funnel strategy, ensuring every initiative is aligned with measurable business outcomes and client success. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring someone who can translate data into actionable growth plans while actively guiding execution. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, strengthen operational rigor, and elevate marketing effectiveness across a diverse client portfolio. Accountabilities:
Own and drive the overall growth marketing strategy, ensuring consistent delivery of measurable results across client portfolios and full-funnel campaigns.
Lead performance marketing execution across all digital channels, optimizing acquisition, conversion, and retention to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
Oversee marketing operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency across multi-client programs.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, including directors and channel leads, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop integrated full-funnel strategies that align paid media, conversion optimization, and retention initiatives.
Strengthen data and analytics capabilities by defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
Partner with client services and leadership teams to drive account growth, retention, and long-term value expansion.
Guide evolution of marketing capabilities, tools, and processes to improve performance and operational maturity.
Maintain deep expertise in digital marketing trends and channels to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a digital marketing agency or performance-driven environment.
Strong hands-on expertise across paid media, full-funnel marketing, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Proven ability to design and scale high-performing, ROI-focused marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of websites, social media, conversion optimization, and digital ecosystems.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
