Branch Office Supervisor
Under occasional supervision, oversee operations for a branch office and product line. Supervise operational procedures for a product, and supervise and train operations staff. Audit operational procedures periodically. Process complex endorsements, changes, and cancellations to existing insurance policies. Provide administrative support to branch office. This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time) Supervise operations workflow and procedures for a branch office. Supervise and train operations staff of a branch office. Process the most complex endorsements, changes, and cancellations to existing insurance policies when escalated from other staff. Conduct audits of procedures to ensure operational compliance. Serve as primary office contact for branch activities and facilities while coordinating building and technology efforts with Building Management, Home Office Facilities and/or IT. Assist in special projects and other tasks when needed. Associates degree preferred 5+ years of related experience for consideration [OR] equivalent level of education and experience Supervisory experience required Experience with commercial property insurance preferred Ability to use analytical methods in branch operations to find creative yet workable solutions. Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external contacts on branch operations matters. Ability to review an operations process and identify/suggest opportunities for efficiency and/or greater effectiveness. Ability to supervise and develop subordinates to ensure increased performance Ability to use database software including Windows operating systems, computer network environment and printers to process insurance policy changes. $64,490.00 - $90,447.00 At RLI, we're all owners.
