Scan and digitize physical county records with speed and precision Maintain high accuracy levels in all documentation to meet department standards Correctly label, sort, and store files in a secure electronic system Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines at all times Enter data quickly and accurately using strong keyboarding skills Work with your team to resolve unclear or incomplete documentation Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to keep workflow on track What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous clerical, scanning, or data entry experience a plus but not required Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and retain information Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a quiet, structured office setting Typing speed, accuracy, and proficiency required - (You must pass a typing test with us) Able to pass a background check and drug screening Work Environment
Office-based setting with regular use of scanning equipment Handling of physical records and frequent computer-based tasks Combination of independent work and team collaboration Pay Scale: $15.00 per hour to start, with increases to $15.50 after the first 90 days and $16.00 after an additional 90 days based on continued employment.
