Customer Service Position
The Customer Service position is responsible for:
Managing inbound customer calls
Processing policy service requests
Scheduling coverage reviews
Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption
Maintaining accurate documentation
Escalating complex issues appropriately
This role is the operational backbone of the office.

Is seeking long-term employment (3045+ hours per week commitment mindset)
Active Nevada Property & Casualty License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days if currently licensed in another state). Prior insurance or office experience preferred but not required.
Character and reliability matter more than experience.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
