Manage day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure all work adheres to project specifications and schedules. Coordinate with project managers to resolve issues and maintain progress on affordable housing developments. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage material deliveries and inventory to meet project timelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project team members. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders. Ensure all activities are conducted in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
