Regional Sales Manager Location Arlington, TX | Hybrid (Some travel supporting Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana markets) COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE * $80,000+ base salary (BOE - Based on Experience) * Full-time schedule * Permanent, W2 employment ROLE IMPACT Join a globally recognized manufacturer of RF (radio frequency) and antenna solutions supporting critical communications across public safety, transportation, utilities, and industrial sectors. The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth and expands market presence across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. This role focuses on developing new B2B business while strengthening existing customer relationships within a highly technical, solutions-driven sales environment. Success is measured by territory growth, account expansion, and disciplined pipeline management within a CRM-driven sales process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and manage all customer accounts within the Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana territory with full accountability for revenue performance and regional growth * Develop new business opportunities within telecommunications, public safety, utilities, industrial IoT (Internet of Things), and wireless communications markets * Conduct regular virtual and in-person customer meetings to expand product adoption and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities * Travel within the region and occasionally across the U.S. for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events * Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions as an exhibitor or delegate * Deliver technical presentations on RF antenna solutions to engineers, procurement teams, and executive decision-makers * Partner with engineering and R&D teams to support product specifications, custom solutions, and order fulfillment * Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline activity, forecasting, and account tracking * Provide consistent sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates to leadership MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Proven B2B sales experience in a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment * Demonstrated success managing a multi-state territory and driving new business development * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical stakeholders CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS * CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar customer relationship management systems) * Microsoft Office Suite * Virtual meeting and presentation tools * Sales forecasting and reporting systems PREFERRED SKILLS * Experience in telecommunications, RF, wireless communications, or related technical industries * Knowledge of antenna systems or experience selling into public safety, utilities, transportation, or defense sectors * Exposure to IoT, M2M (machine-to-machine), or connected device ecosystems
