We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas at this time. *** *** No Vendors/3rd parties. *** Responsibilities Provide direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. Assist and resolve all customer needs quickly and accurately. Answer incoming concerns and needs from customers, including key pick-up requests and delivery questions. Process will call orders and provide customers with invoice copies. Monitor orders before cut-off and manage same-day deliveries for OPCO. Communicate regularly with Account Executives and customers. Requirements 0-3 years of experience in a similar role. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong telephone communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, with AS400 experience as a plus. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Timeliness and reliability with minimal call-outs. Good attitude, patience, and a can-do attitude. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and effectively.
