Agency Support Representative
to join our team in Brookfield, WI.
In this role, you'll support insurance agents and internal teams by ensuring transactions are accurate, completed on time, and processed smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and building long-term expertise in a specialized industry.
What You'll Do
You'll spend most of your day working in our systems, supporting agents, and making sure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Process and update insurance bond transactions, including new requests and renewals
Prepare and send documents to agents and customers
Help agents use our online systems and tools
Answer questions and work with team members to resolve issues
Review reports and fix any errors you find
Keep records accurate and up to date
Support team projects and help meet deadlines
Assist with billing updates and related tasks
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2+ years of administrative, customer service, or related experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment
