Contract (6 months, possible conversion) Overview: Looking for a Senior Director to lead Oracle Cloud HCM for a large healthcare organization with a 45,000+ employee, unionized workforce. This role will drive strategy, implementation, and optimization of HCM systems. Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Scheduling) Oversee implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements Manage teams and ensure delivery across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT Drive testing strategy, quarterly releases, and system improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements Requirements: Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Payroll & Timekeeping Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations (healthcare preferred) Experience working with unionized workforce environments (preferred) Hands-on experience with integrations, reporting, security, and configurations
