What Success Looks LikeEvery event is planned, staffed, and executed seamlesslyProject Managers are coordinated, prepared, and showing upOur brand and reputation remain elite and recognition continues to growWeather-Tite has a strong presence in the community (Chamber, BNI, tradeshows, events, organizations)Monday.com and event tracking systems are fully up-to-date and organizedEvents generate visibility, engagement, and leadsSales and marketing teams feel supported and aligned Compensation:$44,500 - $56,500 yearlyResponsibilities:Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written
Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
Key Strengths & ResponsibilitiesAttend and coordinate all company events (including evenings and weekends)Work closely with Project Managers to assign, schedule, and manage event participationActively participate in Chamber of Commerce meetings and local organizationsMaintain and manage Monday.com systems for events, partners, and trackingAssist with social media and content efforts related to events and brand visibilityContinuously seek opportunities to increase brand awareness and community engagementSupport the sales and marketing teams through event execution and follow-upQualifications:Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related field Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
