Staffing Agency Account Manager Stride2Hire is looking for an experienced Staffing Agency Manager capable of acquiring client accounts and producing contract agreements to secure compensation for meeting client needs. Opportunity is for a work from home remote contractor with a negotiable production based compensation arrangement. NDA is required.
Will participate in prospecting for new staffing clients, creating agreements between agency and clients and marketing agency services to clients.
We hire candidates with Human Resource, Management, Recruiting and/or Sales training and/or backgrounds.
Telephonic B2B sales, electronic documentation, infrequent travel, flexible work schedule from home, negotiable commission structure for new and retained business. We offer direct deposit.
Requirements include HS/GED diploma, required experience in sales, management, telemarketing, recruiting, human resources. Computer skills and resources include ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs, intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, excellent keyboard and web navigation skills. Access to a secure computer in order to accommodate data entry within required timelines. High speed internet connectivity (DSL or cable modem; recommended speed is 10Mx1M for optimal performance).
