Production Coordinator HIS International is a leading Children's sportswear company doing business in licensed and private label with ALL major retailers across the USA.
Job Description Communicate with vendors/factories daily on all production related matters
Manage the life cycle of assigned brands/styles in production
Review all tech packs to insure accuracy
Responsible and accountable for customer compliance approvals such as PP samples, Top samples, etc
Monitor and update WIP reports and keep track of approval/production/delivery status daily
Track all testing to ensure product standards are met
Work with design and license teams to get tech packs and approvals in a timely manner
Qualifications Solid production experience, children's sportswear preferred
Self-motivated and able to get things done
Major retailer experience a plus
Strong excel skills and computer skills
Organized and detail oriented.
Sense of urgency and priorities
Team player and strong work ethic
Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced work environment
