Impact & Responsibilities

You will own the product strategy for CTV Advertiser Success within Moloco Ads, building capabilities that help advertisers understand, trust, and improve campaign performance.

  • Owning the roadmap for insights and reporting products that deliver reliable, transparent, and actionable data to advertisers for campaign performance
  • Driving advertiser outcomes by partnering with Data Science to analyze, diagnose, and improve campaign performance
  • Developing integrations with key partners across the CTV measurement ecosystem to enable holistic performance visibility

Your work will directly influence advertiser trust, performance outcomes, and long‑term adoption of Moloco’s CTV solutions.

Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager at Moloco, you will work at the intersection of ads performance, data, and measurement. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and execute a roadmap that makes campaign performance more transparent and actionable for advertisers.

This role requires strong product execution, the ability to translate complex data into intuitive user experiences, and a deep understanding of advertiser needs. You will play a key role in shaping how Moloco delivers insights, reporting, and ecosystem connectivity in a rapidly evolving CTV landscape.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with campaign performance data, analytics, or measurement systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product experiences and insights
  • Proven track record of driving cross‑functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
  • Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around product direction

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $180,000—$225,000 USD
