
Vice President, Sales & Client Management - Public & Labor

Position Summary
Vice President, Sales & Client Management – Public & Labor (New England Market preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive year-over-year growth across all products with a focus on new, large group and government entities.
- Partner with sales resources on strategic account development and strategy execution.
- Represent territory needs to senior leadership and recommend product, pricing, distribution, and cost strategies.
- Perform business development activities to pursue new growth channels and identify potential new clients.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to increase sales and profit, maintain and expand product penetration, and cross/up-sell additional products.
- Deliver polished presentations of solutions with benefits tied to constituent business needs.
- Monitor market conditions, identify trends, and adjust strategic direction as needed.
- Mentor and support service, peer, and sales teams.
- Lead and make formal finalist presentations.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant healthcare industry experience with complex national sales and/or client management – Public & Labor sector preferred.
- Health & Life license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and outside consultants.
- Travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
Pay range: $83,050 - $189,964 annually. The actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
