About The Role
Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Executive Operations reporting directly to the President. This executive leadership position serves as a strategic force multiplier, translating executive vision into operational reality across a complex, multi‑brand portfolio. The role requires an exceptional leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, influence, and execution, shaping the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) operations, protecting and optimizing the President’s focus, and personally leading the company’s most consequential initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the President and SLT to influence long‑term financial and strategic priorities.
- Own the governance and cadence of the operating rhythm, including SLT meetings, monthly business and functional reviews, and the executive calendar.
- Prepare the President for board meetings, investor calls, and internal town halls with crisp, insight‑driven briefings.
- Prioritize and protect the President’s time, ensuring focus remains on the highest‑value decisions and relationships.
- Serve as a trusted sounding board and strategic advisor, offering candid counsel on organizational and business challenges.
- Identify and eliminate friction in executive workflows; drive continuous improvement in how the office operates.
- Function as a connective tissue between the President’s office and department heads across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Ensure consistent communication of strategic priorities and track follow‑through on commitments made by the SLT.
- Facilitate alignment across business units to enable flawless execution of company‑wide initiatives.
- Influence day‑to‑day operations and challenge existing processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and accountability across the organization.
- Build and maintain data analytics and financial models that inform strategic action plans and track KPI progress for the President and SLT.
- Own and drive high‑stakes strategic initiatives as assigned by the President, from ideation through execution and results.
- Represent the President’s office in cross‑functional workstreams, lending credibility and ensuring momentum.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in CPG, management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent), or a related high‑performance environment.
- Demonstrated success operating at or adjacent to the C‑suite, with experience managing complex, cross‑functional agendas.
- Record of delivering results in a matrixed organization without direct line authority.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Deep financial acumen, including P&L management and multi‑scenario modeling.
- Advanced data analytics capabilities; ability to translate data into executive‑ready insights.
- Strong project management discipline; PMI certification a plus.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary in a professional office environment; extended periods of operating a computer and standard office equipment.
- Occasional movement within the office to access files, equipment, or attend meetings.
- Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information by phone, video call, or in writing.
- Ability to observe details at close range for the purpose of reading and preparing documents, presentations, and data analysis.
- Travel required up to approximately 25–30% of the time, including overnight and occasional air travel, to attend business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions across company locations.
