Enterprise Account Director – Client Success

You will serve as the executive point of contact for a select portfolio of top-tier clients. You will be accountable for the overall relationship health, executive alignment, value realization, and strategic growth opportunities for these complex and sophisticated customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive strategic partner for Storable’s highest‑value enterprise clients, understanding their technology needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior executives of our largest most strategic clients, including owners and CEOs.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of our technology products and services, staying current with industry trends, and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategy sessions, and long‑term planning cycles with client leadership, as well as Storable executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the strategic client internally, partnering cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Implementation to influence direction and drive an exceptional end‑to‑end experience.
  • Represent Storable at external industry events and partner conferences, reinforcing our innovation leadership and strengthening the partnership.

Strategic Account Ownership

  • Own the overall health, performance, account strategy planning, and long‑term success of assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the executive escalation owner for assigned strategic accounts, coordinating rapid, transparent communication with internal teams during high‑impact incidents.
  • Proactively identify, address and mitigate risks using key performance metrics, usage patterns, and account intelligence.
  • Analyze trends across escalations and advocate for client needs internally, influencing roadmap and solution evolution.
  • Partner with Product, Client Support, and Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and continuous optimization.

Retention Strategy, Renewal Stability & Growth Influence

  • Partner closely with Sales, CS Leadership, and Finance on multi‑year renewal planning, ensuring value realization is clearly demonstrated at the executive level.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Influence NRR by guiding executive conversations around platform expansion, adoption maturity, and optimization opportunities to formulate strategies for upselling, cross‑selling, and expanding our technology solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Support long‑term GRR improvement by ensuring strategic accounts progress through Storable’s Success Maturity Model.
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives, proposing tailored technology solutions to address their unique needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Internal Enablement

  • Shape strategic account engagement models, playbooks, and best practices for enterprise‑level partnership.
  • Collaborate with senior CSMs to elevate overall client communication, escalation handling, and executive engagement skills across the organization.
  • Provide internal thought leadership by gathering and synthesizing critical client insights, competitive intelligence, and partnership recommendations with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to inform our product roadmap.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client projects, ensuring successful delivery by coordinating with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or a similar executive‑level client‑facing role in SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with Owners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and other executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of technology solutions and their applications.
  • Proven track record successfully navigating complex escalations and high‑stakes customer situations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client strategy into actionable account plans.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with the ability to connect platform capabilities to client business outcomes.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organizations and driving cross‑functional alignment at scale to guide product adoption, issue resolution, and long‑term partnership success.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Potential Pay Range: $150,000 USD – $170,000 USD
