Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in McKinney, TX for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals, managing the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Daily responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, conducting tours, guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process, and ensuring a seamless transition into the community. Additionally, the Sales Director will collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives to support overall organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer Service skills, with a commitment to creating a positive and supportive experience for prospective residents and their families
- Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team
- Proven track record in Business Development and strategic planning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly desirable
