Director of Product Marketing for Strollers & Home

The Director of Product Marketing for Strollers & Home leads strategy, innovation, and product excellence across two core categories. This role owns the global Stroller category, driving growth, innovation, and program execution, while providing strategic guidance for the Home category to ensure a strong pipeline of competitive, consumer-driven products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic owner of the Global Stroller Category with responsibility for driving growth, innovation and category leadership.
  • Manages new program development for the full-size stroller segment and compatible accessories from concept brief through commercialization.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the Home Category, ensuring product excellence and market-driving innovation that accelerates category growth.
  • Translate consumer research and insights into strategies that guide product roadmaps and development direction.
  • Drive product positioning and feature storytelling during go-to-market planning with Brand Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, market trends and category opportunities to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure successful execution of high-impact product launches across both categories.
  • Oversee development and accuracy of user manuals & packaging in collaboration with Graphics team.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship and performance management for direct reports.
  • Ability to travel (5-10%) and support consumer events as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proven leadership in guiding end-to-end product development and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering strategy, roadmap and execution for a global product category.
  • Ability to be hands‑on throughout the development process.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Passion for creating high‑performance, consumer‑centric products that consistently achieves high consumer ratings.
  • Ability to turn consumer and market insights into strategic product opportunities.
  • Experience managing and developing high‑performing direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of product marketing/management experience within consumer products company.
  • International product development a plus.
