Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management (New York, NY): Oversee asset allocation for all new investments across all lines of business. Work with the different asset managers on a regular basis to provide pricing guidance on new transactions, ensuring all targets are met and helping to improve the overall yield and the asset liability management position of the portfolio. Work with the global commercial real estate market; fund financing, including underwriting; and, allocating assets. Req's Bachelor's deg. + 7 yrs exp.
