Influencer Marketing Manager
Job Description
About The Position: The Influencer Marketing Manager will join a new team within the Transaction department at People Inc. and will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading marketing influencer and creator partnerships. This role requires someone who is passionate about creators, shopping, content creation, social media, and building strong talent relationships. The manager will identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships from start to finish, creating campaigns that drive brand awareness, grow audiences, and support revenue goals. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead the influencer and creator strategy, ensuring it is aligned with brand and revenue goals
Source, vet, and manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, including outreach, writing briefs, contracting, approvals, and recap
Negotiate talent fees with agents, managers, and creators directly
Partner with legal and finance teams to draft contracts, manage approvals, and coordinate payments
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, managers, and industry partners
Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and ensure programs are executed efficiently
Represent the brand in client and agency meetings, presenting talent recommendations and partnership strategies
Track and measure campaign performance, delivering post‑campaign analysis with insights and actionable recommendations
Identify trends and competitive opportunities to inform ongoing strategy
Collaborate with social teams to amplify influencer‑created content across platforms
Ensure FTC compliance for influencer‑led programs and executions
This position is hybrid in-office.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and/or experience.
A manager of influencer marketing or creator partnerships with 3‑5 years of experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, home, or consumer brands.
Experienced in negotiating talent contracts and managing campaign budgets.
Deep understanding of influencer and social performance metrics.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong creator and agency relationships.
A self‑starter with strong organization skills, able to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously.
A strong written and verbal communicator, with experience creating clear, on‑brand briefs and pitching concepts.
Collaborative and experienced in working cross‑functionally across marketing, sales, legal, and finance teams.
Deeply immersed in TikTok and Instagram trends, creator ecosystems, and social‑first storytelling.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with shifting priorities.
Passionate about shopping, creators, and representing the People Inc. brand externally.

Pay
Salary: New York: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
