We're expanding our team and seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Chicagoland and Effingham market.
*Position Summary:*
The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract close. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and has a solid understanding of commercial roofing systems.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prospect and develop new business within the Chicagoland and Effingham area
* Conduct roof inspections and assessments to generate accurate proposals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, property managers, GC's, and facility managers
* Prepare and deliver professional presentations and estimates
* Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and crews to ensure client expectations are met
* Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
* Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
