Position Summary Assist with live streaming and game production operations, working closely with the Athletics Broadcast Engineer and the Game Presentation team.
Responsibilities
Assist and collaborate with the game presentation team in preparing all elements for Villanova Athletics home games.
Learn control room positions including Director, Technical Director, Replay Operator, Graphics Operator, Camera Operator, Utility, Engineer, and more.
Produce and execute live streaming operations for the Athletics Department.
Work with the Athletics Broadcast Engineer to develop scripts and rundowns for streams.
Maintain and upkeep live streaming equipment.
Assist the Associate Athletics Director for Marketing and the Athletics Broadcast Engineer in scheduling and managing freelance and student workforce.
Ensure all duties comply with University, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least one year of experience in athletic video production.
Experience producing live web streams; in-arena video board production; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects); graphic design, animation, lighting, and audio equipment.
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and evening hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Physical requirements and/or unusual work hours (same as above).
Working Hours Full-time, 35 hours per week, schedule may require holidays, weekends, and evening hours.
Compensation $15.00 per hour
