Key Accounts Specialist Responsibilities

Monitor shipments for sister companies globally and ensure documentation accuracy

Update milestones, costs, and charges in the software system for imports and exports

Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and compliance

Address customer inquiries and manage expectations effectively

Provide training on report submission and compliance processes

Key Accounts Specialist Requirements

Four years of experience in freight, porting, or logistics

Knowledge of importing and exporting regulations and tariffs

Experience with import/export processes is essential

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred

Experience with competitor import/export companies or the cruise ship industry is preferred

Ability to train others in compliance and reporting is preferred
