Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Specialist, based in Knoxville, TN, with opportunities for remote work. The Benefits Specialist work closely with business clients and individual Policyholder on the education and servicing of Aflac policies. Responsibilities include assisting employees and clients with benefit inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, advising on benefit enrollment processes, and supporting business leaders in implementing effective benefit programs.
Qualifications Must have or be able to obtain a Health and Life insurance license Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
