Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dog Walker role located in Natick, MA. Responsibilities include walking dogs on predetermined schedules, ensuring their safety during outdoor time, monitoring dog behavior, and following any special care instructions provided by pet owners. Additionally, the role may involve light pet care tasks such as feeding, giving medications, or engaging pets in enrichment activities. Consistent and clear communication with pet owners is also an important part of this role.
Qualifications
Skills in Animal Care and Pet Care to ensure pets are safe, healthy, and happy
Understanding of Dog Behavior and experience in Dog Training to manage various breeds and personalities
Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with pet owners and follow instructions thoroughly
Physical capability to comfortably walk and manage dogs outdoors in varying weather conditions
Passion for animals and prior experience working with pets are highly beneficial
Access to reliable transportation to travel to and from client locations
