Overview
As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter.
Responsibilities
Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.
Foster relationships and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun products within partner retail stores.
Educate potential customers about renewable energy and storage solutions.
Influence potential customers through effective communication and presentation of Sunrun’s offerings.
Collaborate with the retail team to meet sales targets and maximize customer acquisition.
Compensation
Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Potential to earn up to $160,000+ per year for top performers.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for Sunrun’s mission.
Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius (on average) essential for managing a multi‑store territory.
Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for extended periods; capacity to lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment.
