Overview
AntGen is the #1 Total Wireless Master Agent in the United States. As we continue expanding and opening new Total Wireless retail locations, we are seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) in New York to support, grow, and strengthen Total Wireless branded stores within an assigned territory.
The FSR serves as the primary field ambassador for the Total Wireless brand — driving sales execution, operational excellence, brand compliance, dealer growth, and new store development.
How to Apply
Key Responsibilities
Drive activations, port-ins, upgrades, and add-on services
Reinforce promotions, pricing initiatives, and device launches
Coach store teams on value positioning and needs-based selling
Improve KPIs including activations, plan mix, accessory attachment, and revenue per transaction
Dealer Partnership & Field Coverage
Serve as primary field representative for assigned dealers
Build strong partnerships with store owners and managers
Conduct a minimum of two branded visits per store each month (approximately 10 days apart)
Utilize structured visit agendas covering sales, training, merchandising, and compliance
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and prospect new Total Wireless dealer opportunities
Evaluate market potential and competitive landscape
Support dealer recruitment and site assessments
Build long-term partnerships within the territory
New Store Openings & Onboarding
Support new store openings, remodels, and rebrands
Ensure compliance with branding and operational standards
Reinforce sales expectations and operational processes
Conduct post-opening follow-ups to ensure sustained execution
Training & Product Knowledge
Deliver in-store and virtual training on plans, devices, and promotions
Coach teams on objection handling and competitive positioning
Support onboarding of new managers and associates
Ensure brand standards, signage, and planograms are properly executed
Audit pricing accuracy and customer experience consistency
Identify and correct operational or compliance gaps
CRM, Route Planning & Reporting
Plan and optimize store visit routes using Liono360 CRM
Log visits, photos, notes, and action items accurately and on time
Track execution quality and territory coverage
Provide regular performance insights to leadership
Qualifications
2+ years of wireless retail, prepaid field sales, dealer support, or market development experience
Proven ability to manage a multi-store territory
CRM and route management experience (Liono360 strongly preferred)
Strong coaching and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with Total Wireless, Verizon Prepaid, Metro by T-Mobile, or Cricket Wireless
Experience supporting dealer recruitment or store openings
Travel & Physical Requirements
Frequent travel within assigned territory
Ability to stand and conduct in-store training
Occasional overnight travel as needed
