Lead day-to-day field operations for one or multiple construction projects

Execute project scope, schedule, and plans in accordance with contract requirements

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

Manage project sequencing, logistics, and site productivity

Track daily production, site costs, and schedule performance

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals

Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and field documentation

Conduct and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings

Ensure all work complies with contract documents, quality standards, and engineering practices

Enforce jobsite safety requirements and lead safety meetings, inspections, and audits

Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standards

Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders

Provide regular reporting on project status, progress, and risks

Resolve field issues, conflicts, and constraints in real time

Support project closeout, inspections, and final documentation

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent

Level of Experience Requirements: 5+ years of construction experience, including experience as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor

Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or federal construction projects

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and concurrent projects or task orders

Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents

Experience with scheduling, cost tracking, and project reporting

OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

U.S. Citizenship (if required by contract)

Ability to obtain base access and/or security clearance as required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

Strong leadership and field decision-making capability

Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, etc.)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction‑related software

Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

Preferred

Federal / DoD construction experience

Experience with RSMeans, Primavera, or similar project controls tools

First Aid / CPR Certification

EM 385-1-1 familiarity

Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification

Trade background (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Civil, etc.)

Supervisory Responsibilities Supervisory responsibilities will be at the task order level and more project specific.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often working in a construction environment. The employee is required to be on the job sites regularly and will be subject to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is required to stand, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions while working on the jobsite.

Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
