The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will oversee all aspects of on‑site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in managing ground‑up construction projects.

My client is a privately held construction management firm founded in the early nineteen nineties, operating across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Vermont. They specialize in ground up and renovation work in sectors including retail, hospitality, science and technology, academic, corporate interiors, and automotive. With roughly 130 employees between their Salem MA headquarters, the business has built its reputation on relationships and their people building mindset. They operate with an in office, high energy, team oriented culture and grow sustainably rather than hiring based solely on short term project needs.

Description
The Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will:

Manage daily on‑site operations for ground‑up construction projects to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and quality.

Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.

Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly.

Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on project status.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Resolve on‑site issues and challenges in a proactive and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
