Responsibilities
Lead full cycle preconstruction and estimating for large scale commercial projects
Develop conceptual, schematic and GMP level estimates
Drive bid strategy, subcontractor engagement and scope alignment
Identify constructability, schedule and cost risks early in the process
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoff into construction
Support pursuit strategy, client meetings and presentations
Mentor and develop estimating and preconstruction team members
Qualifications
Senior level preconstruction or estimating experience in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of Los Angeles County and California market conditions
Proven experience leading complex pursuits, ideally $50M plus
High level of commercial judgment paired with strong technical capability
Required Skills
Experienced preconstruction leader with credibility across estimating, operations and client teams
Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
Motivated to influence how projects are won and successfully delivered in a competitive market
