
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT SCENIC CARPENTRY LEAD

Overview
This is a role for someone who enjoys building real things, solving real problems, and working in an environment where no two projects are exactly alike.
This is a part-time role that averages 29 hours a week or less and has a payrate of $19/hour.
Responsibilities
You will provide strong carpentry skills and move comfortably between fabrication, problem-solving, and field installation. The right person should be confident reading drawings, building cleanly and efficiently, adapting solutions on the fly, and helping guide projects from concept through install.
Qualifications
Strong carpentry and shop skills
Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment
Practical understanding of materials and build methods
Ability to work independently and help lead projects in active production environments
Scenic, entertainment, theater, event, or themed build experience is a strong plus
