Assistant Superintendent - Residential Construction

This role supports the Superintendent in delivering high-end residential projects for institutional-level developers. The Assistant Superintendent may run smaller scopes independently while gaining exposure to complex luxury builds.

With approximately 50 employees, the firm nearly doubled revenue year over year and is heavily invested in SOPs, quality control, and long-term team development.

Description

Support daily on-site construction operations and logistics

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries

Enforce safety, quality, and company SOP standards

Manage portions of the schedule and reporting

Potentially lead smaller projects independently

Profile

2-5 years of field experience in residential or commercial construction

Strong understanding of site coordination and sequencing

Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment

Motivated to advance into a full Superintendent role

Job Offer

$85,000-$100,000 base salary

Vehicle allowance (including for Assistant Supers)

Bonus typically ~10%

100% employer-paid healthcare (employee)

Desired Skills and Experience

Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish

Coordinate subcontractors and enforce schedule milestones

Maintain strict quality control and safety compliance

Interface with project management and developer reps

Drive site execution in line with established SOPs
