Property Manager: Hemlock Pines Apartments and Celtic Crossing Apartments
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: Starting at $27.00 per hour

Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for our Hemlock Pines Apartments and Celtic Crossing Apartments.

Hemlock Pines is located in Maple Grove, MN and is a 61‑unit property.

Celtic Crossing Apartments is located in Osseo, MN and is a 35‑unit property.

Living on-site is not a requirement of this position, but employees who do choose to live on‑site will receive a higher rent discount.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day, on‑site management and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units, renewal of existing leases, and supervision of the physical property.

Duties & Responsibilities

Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.

Monitor hours for on‑site staff in Paylocity.

Approve bills, as required; submit to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.

Maintain professional communication with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies.

Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.

Prepare and maintain resident and property records.

Report to Regional Property Manager on the status of unpaid rents.

Coordinate the preparation of vacant units for re‑renting, secure the unit during vacancy, and minimize utility consumption.

Process leasing paperwork for new residents and set up resident files.

Work with new residents to ensure a smooth move‑in and orient them to the unit and development policies.

Take maintenance requests and coordinate required work with the Maintenance Technician.

Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing tenant/landlord relations, Fair Housing Law, and marketing product knowledge.
