What You Will Do
Neighborhood Outreach
Go door to door in targeted neighborhoods to educate homeowners and set electrical safety inspection appointments
Distribute door hangers around active job sites
Represent our brand with professionalism and confidence
Business Development
Visit local businesses and introduce our Arnold Advantage Program
Build relationships with owners and managers
Help enroll businesses and their teams into the program
Event Marketing
Attend community events and engage with homeowners
Generate leads and help schedule appointments
Brand Visibility
Place and manage yard signs in high visibility areas
Support neighborhood marketing campaigns
Schedule
Approximately 3 days per week
20 to 25 hours per week
Afternoons and early evenings preferred when homeowners are available
Optional weekend hours for events and campaigns

Positive attitude and high energy
Self‑motivated and goal oriented
