This paid internship blends event execution, community engagement, and field-based marketing support to help grow ALLO’s brand presence and customer base.
Interns will work closely with ALLO’s MDU Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to help plan and execute events, support local MDU Partners, and interact directly with community members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, talking with people, staying organized behind the scenes, and learning how marketing efforts directly support sales and community growth.
This position requires flexible hours to support evening and weekend events and marketing efforts in ALLO MDU communities.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:* Currently pursuing (or recently completed) coursework in **Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management**, or a related fieldKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:* Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you love lists, timelines, and keeping things on track* Comfortable talking with new people and representing a brand in public settings* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed* Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ways to engage people* Interest in learning how marketing supports sales and business growth* Ability to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends* Spanish fluency is a plusWHAT YOU'LL GAIN:* Real-world experience in field marketing, events, and community engagement* Exposure to how marketing and sales teams collaborate to drive growth* Hands-on involvement in live events across multiple communities* Professional mentorship from experienced marketing and sales leaders* Development of communication, organization, and customer engagement skillsREQUIREMENTS:* Raise objects up to 25 lbs* Remain upright on feet for extended periods* Ability to communicate information* Ability to operate a computer* Remain stationary for extended periods* Ability to work in outdoors* Possess/maintain a valid driver's licensePeople are our passion.
